- First part of each session is a seminar.
Second part of each session is some basic moderate intensity exercise (variety of exercises over the course) with specific technique correcting points. Over the weeks Bodywise will cover the following:

BodyWise will be delivered by Elysia Hockley and one of our qualified Fitness Consultants who will provide support and guidance throughout the 8-week course and beyond.
