BodyWise is our new and improved lifestyle-based programme designed to support and educate those looking to change current habits into healthy ones.

This course encourages you to explore your current lifestyle and covers comprehensive aspects that will help you achieve a healthy lifestyle and reach your goals.

Topics covered:

  • Sleep and stress management
  • Self-efficacy
  • Physical activity
  • Nutrition
  • Awareness of health-related diseases

What's included:

  • Pre and post consultation
  • 12 1-hour group sessions
  • Digital copies of weekly presentations
  • Weekly weigh-ins to track your progress (using body composition scales in weeks 1 and 12)
  • Personal feedback on food diaries from our Dietitian
  • Exercise advice and a personally tailored exercise programme
  • Monitoring sessions every other month after completion of the course to provide continued support

BodyWise will be delivered by Elysia Hockley and one of our qualified Fitness Consultants who will provide support and guidance throughout the 12-week course and beyond.
