Choose to Lose
Will you Choose to Lose in 2017? Get involved in our brand new fitness challenge kicking off in February!
We are looking for people to take on the Surrey Sports Park Choose to Lose challenge, where three teams of people will go head-to-head with one simple goal - to lose weight in 2017!
Our Fitness Consultants and Studio Coordinator will put you through you paces with a range of tests, sessions, classes and consultations, all with a competitive and social edge.
Monday 6 February - Sunday 16 April (10 weeks)
Team Red group sessions - Mondays at 7pm and Wednesdays at 7pm
Team Blue group sessions - Mondays at 6pm and Wednesdays at 6pm
Team Green group sessions - Tuesdays at 1pm and Thursdays at 1pm
All activities will take place at Surrey Sports Park in our Health and Fitness Suite, studios, arenas and extensive grounds (weather permitting)

Team Red: Ollie and James - FULLY BOOKED!
Team Blue: Rory and Alice -FULLY BOOKED!
Team Green: George and Katie -FULLY BOOKED!
Two group exercise sessions per week
Fortnightly Dietitian appointment for 30 minutes
15 minute weekly check-ins with your Team Leaders
Team fitness challenges (time based) in weeks 1, 5 and 10
On-going support and motivation
Prizes for the winning team and a bigger prize for the individual who achieves the highest % weight loss!
