SwimFit Sessions

If you are looking for a session that is led by a qualified coach, then our SwimFit Sessions are for you.

Following a more tailored structure including drills, sets and timed swims, these sessions will help improve your swimming fitness, technique and stamina.

Adult SwimFit will be running on the following days: Mondays: 20:00 – 21:00. Wednesdays: 13:00 – 14:00. Please note that SwimFit sessions on Wednesdays will not run during school holidays.

Aqua Zumba

Our Aqua Zumba classes are a great way to move your body. They combine the South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with upbeat music to create a fun an unique workout experience.
