SYNRGY

This is a 30-minute HIIT class around our functional Synrgy 360 frame in the gym.

Synrgy provides a total body workout as you alternate between 12 workstations for a set period. Equipment used can include TRX suspension kit, slamballs, battle ropes and IC7 bikes alongside full-body movement with crunches and burpees.

Hybrid is a mixture of both strength & conditioning. This is a class that will get your heart pumping and will help build muscle tone. It is perfect for anyone looking for an all-round total body workout.

Strength is a class designed to build strength and muscle tone. Whether you are training or looking to get better definition, this class can help you get those results.

Boxing Blitz

Punch, kick and attack your way through this high energy total body workout. Inspired by boxing and martial arts, you will burn calories and release tons of stress.

It also uses equipment such as gloves, bags, mats and skipping ropes.
