ICG HIIT
A 30-minute indoor cycling class suitable for both new and experienced cyclists.
This time efficient HIIT class utilises the ICG Coach by Colour, Classic and Connect styles to give you a varied and thorough workout.
Coach by Colour
Our unique method for coaching intensity is Coach By Colour®. Every rider uses their individual Functional Threshold Power (FTP) figure to build a colour-coded zonal system to use throughout the class.
Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned cyclist, if you are looking to improve your cycling this is the class for you. Suitable for Challenge-seekers / cyclists or triathletes / performance-based training


Vibe
With music being at the centre of this class, vibe will take you on a rhythmic journey.
Using a mixture of speed and resistance training to provide a great whole body work out during this 45-minute class.
The emphasis in on having fun, rather than numbers, so exercise doesn’t feel like exercise!
Freestyle
This is a Traditional indoor cycling experience. The ultimate cardiovascular workout on a bicycle working to motivational music, that also supports toning and shaping the whole body.
This class is suitable for everyone, taking it totally at your own pace! Who should attend this class? Anyone looking for a good workout in a fun environment!


Endurance
A 55-minute ride that will greatly improve your muscular endurance and cardio-vascular fitness.
Delivered as a traditional indoor cycle experience with motivational music to keep you pushing all the way to the finish.
