Elliott Housden

Physiotherapist

I hold an MSc in Physiotherapy and a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Therapy. I have experience working across a wide range of settings, including elite sport, private practice and NHS placements. Most recently, I worked at a Category One Premier League Football Academy, supporting young athletes with injury assessment, rehabilitation and return to sport.

I take a holistic, patient-centred approach, considering both the physical and psychological aspects of recovery. Every rehabilitation programme is tailored to your individual goals, combining exercise therapy, hands-on treatment and education to help you recover confidently and return to doing what you enjoy most.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing football and seeing friends and family. Whether you're an elite athlete, a recreational sportsperson, a regular gym-goer or recovering from a workplace injury, I'm here to help you regain confidence, reduce pain and get back to your best.
